Your Financial Planning Journey
A clear, structured process designed to give you confidence and clarity about your financial future.
Financial planning is about taking the complex financial lives we all live and simplifying our money at Simple Money.
I keep things low-cost and uncomplicated. My investment principles of low-cost, automated, diversified, and simple extend to my business model.
How much does a Holistic Financial Review Cost?
The Holistic Financial Review costs $3,000. That’s it. All inclusive. GST included.
If you have at least $300,000 in your Kiwisaver at any of the big NZ investment companies, chances are good you are already paying more than $3,000 per year in investor management fees.
Unlike other asset managers, I charge no ongoing fees. No monthly or annual subscriptions. No assets under management billing. No commissions, no sales pitches, no upsells.
We don’t care if you have $100 to your name or $10,000,000, and I’ve seen everything in between. Just a single transparent fee for easy-to-understand advise specific to your individual, unique situation.
Additional in-depth work and returning clients are billed at $500 per hour.
What do I get for my money?
How does the Holistic Financial Review process work?
We follow the Financial Planning process in general but specifically here is how it works:
- Complimentary Introductory Call – 30 minutes (book here)
- Video call consultation 120 minutes
- The Holistic Financial Review Deliverable – a Statement of Advice tailored to your unique circumstances
- Follow up Call to Address any lingering questions ~1 hour

Who is the Holistic Financial Review for?
This plan works best for self-motivated investors who tend to be do it yourself (DIY) types.
They don’t necessarily want a financial adviser to hold their hand, they just need someone to check on their progress and perhaps offer a sounding board or second opinion on their plan.
This Review is excellent for couples and partners that want to involve their significant other in discussions.
